Every day, animals in Santa Barbara County are waiting — for a second chance, for medical care, for someone to notice them. This Giving Tuesday, you can be that someone.

One Gift. One Life Changed.

The Santa Barbara County Animal Care Foundation exists because shelter pets can’t wait for “someday.” We provide emergency and diagnostic medical care for the county’s most at-risk shelter animals — from heartworm treatment to emergency surgery for pets injured by vehicles. We run free, 24/7 microchip scanning stations across the county, helping reunite lost pets with the people who love them.

None of it happens without people like you stepping up on days like this one.

Where Your Donation Goes

• $25 helps cover a microchip scan that reunites a lost pet with their family

• $100 contributes to emergency diagnostics for an injured shelter animal

• $250 helps fund surgery for a pet who would otherwise have nowhere to turn

• Any amount moves an animal closer to safety, care, and a future

This Giving Tuesday, Be the Reason an Animal Makes It Through

You don’t have to foster, adopt, or volunteer to save a life. Today, a gift — any size — does that. Join us in giving Santa Barbara County’s most vulnerable animals the lifeline they need.
